Purpose

To handle enquiries sent through the contact form and, where applicable, prepare and send quotes. No automated decision-making is carried out, and data will not be shared with third parties unless legally required.

Data will be kept for the duration of the relationship and for the applicable legal periods.

Visit measurement

We measure visits to the website with Kanalitics, an analytics tool provided by Kuabis, using no cookies and storing nothing on your device. Purpose: to produce usage statistics and improve the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used and improving it (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data: pages visited, where the visit came from, approximate location (country and city), type of browser, operating system and device, and an identifier that changes every day and cannot be used to recognise you on later days. The IP address is processed transiently to derive the approximate location and is not stored. If your browser sends the Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we do not record your visit. Retention: 13 months. The controller is Pascual Verdú; Kuabis provides the service as data processor and hosts it on its own servers within the European Union, with no transfers outside it and no disclosure to other third parties.
